These are remarkably easy to drive for a pair in this price range. As with all headphones, better amplification and sourcing will make them sound better, but are not 100% necessary for these to start with.

That litte rubber piece came out!!! That hole is very tight to put it back (no jokes please)!! I haven't tried too hard, but with hands empty I don't think it's possible!

No...don't do that. You may have to take the cup off but just check with an expert first. It's too expensive to putting sex lubricant's on (insert your own joke here).
