X2, mine arrived today, I'm enjoying them as I type this.

Awesome! I find I'm not listening to my HD650's so much these days. The Denon's are very smooth yet detailed, and the bass extension is impressive. I'm extremely pleased!

In the UK the cheapest i could find these are $310, so anyone tried importing them into the uk and if they did, how much was the customs and PO ransom?

Did you know that here in Sweden, I have to pay around 400$ to get them ?
I can, lets say, buy them from germany for maybe 300$, but still I want to have a fysical store I can go to If I have problems. I also checked, many of the sites listed on Amazon doesnt ship to Sweden

. If that were the case I could buy me a couple of D5000's.

And here you are complaining about 216,217 dollars. IT'S NOT FAIR!

I love how great these headphones sound. Even right out of my laptop as I wait for my desktop to be fixed they sound awesome. The build quality seem top notch too.

I am going to have your exact same setup in about five days (PC-->Audio-gd Compass-->D2000s). I bought a Compass off a user here last week. I am very excited!

I also snagged an EMU 0404 USB used here on Head-Fi for comparison. Fun times ahead!

I ordered a pair the other day from here

Advanced MP3 Players - the MP3 player experts

As you can see, they've got 20% off all Denon headphones and if you go through quidco you get a further 5% off - so all in all, works out £150 which is only about £25 more expensive the the US price.

220 dollars?! thats just ridiculous! Thats 150 euro's.... In a store in the netherlands you would pay 350 euros for d2000 if they are available at all
