Hi, I want to know which headphones are good for listening house or bass heavy music. I currently have the ATH-M50 but i accidentally broke its plug and now the left side is not working anymore. I loved my M50's because the sound is neutral but a little bit lacking in bass department. And also, I sold my XB500 which had a very deep bass but the highs and mids are just bloated and washed out. I heard Denon D1100s have good bass and very detailed as well as the ZX700 that made me really confused which one to get. Less than $200 is my budget just letting you guys know. please reply asap. Because I really want to order the headphones by tomorrow morning. Thank you. :)

I owned D1100, and i'm impressed with the sound if you don't mind little EQ-ing. It's also very comfortable and if you a like bass, you'll like D1100.
Sorry, never try ZX700, so i know nothing about it.

If you like bass-heavy music, the denons will serve you well. It does not bleed into the other frequencies either.

They'r great for electronic music, rock and hip-hop in general imo.
