I'm having a hard time to decide on which headphone to buy. The headphones are the Denon AH-D1100 and Audio Technica ATH-AD700. These headphones will be powered by my Pioneer VSX-1120 receiver. I have no plans to do any mods on the headphones or no plans to use a headphone amp.
About 70% of the time I will be using it while watching blu-ray movies, and 30% of the time I'll be using them with my Xbox 360 and listening to lossless music on cd. The types of music I listen to are Classic Rock, Smooth Jazz, and Acoustic Music. I want these qualities in the headphones:

- Must be comfortable on the head while wearing glasses.
- I want good bass, but not overpowering that is found in Dr. Dre Beats headphones.
- Good soundstage in either closed headphones or open headphones.
- Build quality must be good.
