I wonder how they sound compared to Stealths. Oh boy oh boy

I mean, these could be the ultimate HP pair that I can happily use till end of my life and be satisfied. If it has similar qualities like Stealth, I will sell the Susvara and get one of these.

I really can't imagine how much improvement there is. With the buds2pro, I can hear the 10khz dip on the Stealth (as per ASR) but this is splitting hairs territory that wouldn't change this end game playback experience. Dan can just throw even lower distortion levels measurements and he can have my money.

I am a one open back, one closed back person. If this is as good (and I am almost sure it will be), this will fill in the open back space.

They would surely have a different tuning than the Stealth just like the Aeon 2 Noire and Aeon 2 Open (Harman for Closed and midbass warmth for Open). If The Expanse has very similar tuning as Aeon 2/X Open tuning with resolution, imaging, soundstage turned up to 11, my wallet would really be gravely in danger.

Another benefit of the open design is less variation in perceived sound in bass region when the cups are positioned variedly in the ears.

Thanks for the buds recommendation, by the way. I am thinking of getting them.

I own the new very tiny buds2 pro with the Z Fold4 since middle of august. This is a good combo for Qobuz, but I am afraid those earbuds can only be paired with recent Samsung Smarphones, other wise the 24b/48Khz lossless codec won't be available.
