I've 2 dac amp, the EPZ TP30 and VE Abigail Pro 4.4mm. I use them with my planar Hidizs MP145 and BQEYZ Wind with 4.4mm cables. My devices are Lenovo Thinkpad, Lenovo Ideapad, and Samsung S23.
In the beginning, they worked perfectly fine on all of my devices. Shortly afterwards, they started producing the buzzing/humming noise on my Thinkpad, but none on the other devices. It used to happens quite rarely, but slowly became very frequent to almost permanent. Now, it even starts happening on my Ideapad, though it only happens occasionally for now. Only my phone doesn't have this issue, for now.
I've tried different usb ports, different usb cables, still not solved.
Sometimes I can kinda solve it by slightly applying pressure to bend the usb plug connected to the TP30, but of course it's neither a permanent nor a reliable solution.
It always happens with the TP30 first, then to the Abigail shortly afterwards.
How do I solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

1: Try bypassing the USB hub and connecting directly.
2: Make sure the USB cables are built for DATA and not Charging.
3: Move your smartphone away, and see if the sound clears up.
4: Reinstall your DAC drivers on your devices.
5: Make sure there are no other applications running in the background which might be interfering with the audio signal.

Good luck!

And just so we're absolutely clear; you're not taking the balanced output of your amp and turning it into single-ended at any point in the chain, right?
