hey all!
 
i was looking at the beyer dynamic page earlier and didn't know until then that they do custom headphones.
 
 
do any other quality companies do this??

Not that I know of. Beyer's headphones are "mass-customized," not a truly unique product. Try asking them to build you an electrostatic driver with a T1 shell...I built my own planar magnetic headphones using off-the-shelf ribbon drivers, it was easy to do and I got a one of a kind headphone for under $50.
