I don't have nor have I heard any of those that you mention so unfortunately no comparison. It compares very favorably with the ones I have as mentioned in previous post.
Regards,
Kemp

I see. A few more question to you:
Does P1 support folder browser function just like DX100??
Can you drag and drop files without a file manager software? of course you can do this for a micro SD card. I wonder if this can work for P1's internal memory.

Have you try to use micro SD to SD adapter and put a 256GB SD card? I'm planning to do this and make P1 a 370GB player.

He listened to one heavily-compressed crap song and some other unnamed ones for 5 minutes and wrote a review, so I have to agree with the final sentence - total waste of time.

Exactly. I can't really decide! But, storage-wise, Calyx M is better.
Honestly, max 256GB isn't enough for me. I'm using my iBasso R10 with a 256GB Sd card already. I don't think buying P1 will be a huge improvement at the moment.

Hopefully, they make a P2 with 512GB internal storage and two SD card slots!
What really matters in hi-fi audio player is storage IMO because 24 bit / 192 khz album can be as big as 2GB.

Yes I understand you! But they aren't the same signature. Here is based on what I.
P1: 128gb + 256gb = 384gb
M: 64gb + 256gb + 128gb = 448gb

P1 has mSd slot so i dont think there are 256GB cards yet for that.

No. You can use a SD to micro SD adapter. I'm using a 256GB SDXC card with an adapter with iBasso R10. It works well.

With an adapter, you can put two 256GB SD cards to M.
