You are right, and if you check out their website for Korea all daps are labelled as sold out other than a few, the D3 was their last attempt in 2019 I think.

When I get a chance I am going to try and take my P1 apart and see what kind of battery it took. Hard to believe the unit is 8 years old at this point.

Good luck. Maybe post how that goes with interior shots and details. I personally will opt for a portable charger like an Anker if it comes to that. Cowon also made great connector cables. Hard to find any that work as well as their OEM

Yes and I still think it has the best EQ of any other brand. Ive moved on to A&K SP2000 but still have all of my Cowon daps.
