Try just holding the + and minus key only is what the post at the top of page says from Andrew. It worked for me when this happened with mine. I hope this helps.

I tried with power button, + and - . Nothing happens.




It is not the first time of this problem,but with + and - this problem is solved in the past

Have you tried removing microSD card? I would try to charge the player with strong USB wall charger ( for 2 or 3 hours) and then again try to turn it on.

It is still on battery after 5 days ? Is this player still in warranty ? Did removing the micro SD card allow you to power it down ? I went to Facebook and message them and ask how to get this fixed .

Well I just rather have a t1 2nd, the Pm2 is awesome and I'm gonna miss its nice looks, speedy UI, and amazing jeteffect /EQ capabilities... I wish I didn't have to

I don't know where you at, but when my X9 refused to boot, advise from JETAudio was to wait until battery is completely drained, then fully charge it  and try to boot. It worked for my X9 and problem was caused when I tried to use 128GB card.

Wrong. I have both PD and PM2 and PD is limited to 128gb, while PM2 has no issues with 200Gb card. That's based on my own ownership experience.
