Try just holding the + and minus key only is what the post at the top of page says from Andrew. It worked for me when this happened with mine. I hope this helps. 

I tried + and -, in user manual cowon recommend it

I tried with power button, + and - . Nothing happens.




It is not the first time of this problem,but with + and - this problem is solved in the past

Well I just rather have a t1 2nd, the Pm2 is awesome and I'm gonna miss its nice looks, speedy UI, and amazing jeteffect /EQ capabilities... I wish I didn't have to

  It is still on battery after 5 days ? Is this player still in warranty ? Did removing the micro SD card allow you to power it down ? I went to Facebook and message them and ask how to get this fixed .

I don't know where you at, but when my X9 refused to boot, advise from JETAudio was to wait until battery is completely drained, then fully charge it  and try to boot. It worked for my X9 and problem was caused when I tried to use 128GB card.

I return my  PM2, i wait for dx200 in my country
seems you had bad luck with Cowon. Hope you will have no problems with the DX200. Hope you made the right choice. Bye and enjoy your new dap.
