I'd be curious to see some comparison done between these four IEMs since they keep coming up in the same threads. It seems more popular manufacturers also, in recent times, each make a reasonably priced yet excellent sounding headphone.

What's the price of each too?

Yamaha EPH-100 $150-200?
JVC FXT90 $100-130?
TDK BA200 $200 or more?
Sony EX600 $150-200?

Since you're in Canada, you can get the FXT90 from futureshop for a great $99. I don't know about the others, sorry.

The RE262 look interesting too, except I think many people have been turned off by Hifiman build quality

Well I have the EPH-100 and FXT90 an between thoughs two I like the Yamaha's way more than the JVC.  The FXT90 just sound grainy and not very cohesive while the Yamaha is very clean with good detail through out plus a sound signature that never gets harsh and I can listen to them for hours.
