Stumbled on this. Using an amplifying "machine" (?) to mimic Beethoven's pianoforte? Certainly seems novel. Not sure it gives much of a different sound than traditional recs in the past.

I have their"mix" box (red) with some Mozzie and Haydn.

I prefer the Qt Italiano for the Mozart and also for their Beethoven. Very full-sounding recordings, despite their vintages.

Qt Italiano is great..

Funny thing..since I have my HD800S I'm surprised to hear sloppy stuff I didn't hear before and loving others I didn't care about much before..
I used to love my Lindsays box, not so much on the HD800S..love their middle Beethoven live recordings though :$
