Are you sure you’ve told mpdulxe the correct ip address?
I think you can see the ip address in go figure.

Hi, not too. When I push the pin I hear the lady but unfortunately she never give the address. Tried with Fing but it doesn’t see the poly even when I push the pin for more than 10 secondes

Thank you for your help however when I left it blank and try it say the password is faulty. I have charges the application MPDluxe but it is not able to find the poly mojo, the light is blue/green but I I have no any communication between iPhone and poly. I read a part of the thread and seen a lot of people have the same problems.

Hi @popof94, you will not get any communication between your phone and Poly if you have not been able to connect your phone to Poly's hotspot. I think your phone will be on a different network to Poly now.
To use MPDluxe you will need your phone on the same WiFi as Poly.
Your Poly is still in hotspot mode as it has flashing blue and green P status light - you can also check what mode it is in by using Gofigure.
If you want to connect your phone to Poly's hotspot then first you need to check whether you have set a password.
Can you go into Gofigure and select device settings to check that you have not set a hotspot password.

On iPhone - I think Gofigure works exclusively via Bluetooth.
The app Uses Bluetooth to talk to poly to setup the config .
