Hi guys,
Whilst I am on the thread can I introduce Chris @BluebirdCRM from our distributor in the North America. He will also be on hand to give support where possible.
I will let him do the introductions and give a little background.

I had a encounter with Chris about a Poly issue and he is a great guy... willing to go the extra mile to help me out, and short of GoFigure I'm a happy Poly user now!:L3000:

And unfortunately before GoFloat.

Reminds me of an old joke, slightly modified, no points for spotting the changes :-)

One golfer says to his friend Ted, watching him tee off, "That's an odd looking golf ball, what is it?"

Ted : "Ah John, if it goes into the rough a small rod comes out and a little red flashing light let's you see where it is."

"Wow" says John, "Hope you don't get it wet then."

"No problems with water, if it goes into the water a floatation device keeps it afloat and a small jet pulse pushes it till it hits the shore" replied John.

"That must be expensive, what if it's getting dark or you don't have a clear view of it?", said John starting to get a bit jealous and trying to find fault.

"Well apparently there will be an app, which let's you track it via GPS, coming out soon" replied Ted somewhat deflatedly.

"I must have one, is there any reason not to get it?" an excited John drooled.

"Well, you do have to use this small paperclip to set it before you can use it each day...., Darn, now where did I put that!!"

"Where did you get it?" said John now a little more interested because he was an iPhone & gadget addict - always being the early adopter and annoyed Ted had beat him to it.

"Oh I found it" said Ted. "Someone lost it"

I also have been experiencing awesome poly working since 1.17,

But it being bent and uneven leaves me butthurt
Would the case help this. I feel your pain. I would hate a device like this to feel anything other than premium. Mojo is a lovely bit of industrial design IMHO and build quality is superb. Chord seem to have dropped the ball on so many fronts with Poly.

I strongly disagree with this. There are inevitable variances in design- especially when you are trying to "pair" a new product with an older one (Mojo) that may have undergone subtle changes in design.
There is no way to produce Poly in a way to account for those subtle changes/inefficiencies across Mojo's assembly spanning a few years of production time.

Look at companies like Apple, where people have to deal with similar problems- that are not even in the same league size-wise. I never use Mojo/Poly without the long case so, personally, I couldn't care less about slight differences in colour or having a less than ideal fit.

On private wifi, using akconnect eveey 30 mins or so, iIhave to reconnect poly to akconnect (just touch it to become render) in ak connect.

I guess a drop in connection of poly/ak connect

Anyone else experiencing this? If so, know of a solution?
Versionn(1.17)

Hi yes I am having the same on Bubbleupnp. I had a PM going with Matt who suggested I wait until the new firmware but it still appears to be happening. I will re-open the convo with Matt and update you all.

New to the forum, but wanted to provide my experience with Mojo/Poly so far.
It took a bit to understand the configuration process and the need to set up WiFi on the poly, but after that all is going well.
I have run with Roon, and with sd card. Some of the small issues I experience are getting glider to recognize the poly. Sometimes I get two poly options to pick from in glider, once I hade 4 of them. I keep trying and one of them normally works.
Firmware updates have been no issue. I have not had any issues with drop outs.
Glider sometimes does not reflect the song I am listening to in an album, it stays at the song I started at.
I have not yet tried the hotspot option for sd card for use on a plane, that is next.
Battery life is something that I am just now paying attention to, no opinion yet.
I do have issues trying to use my iPad Pro for glider, seems to only work with the iPhone (6 in my case).
The wiki has been a huge help.
Over all very please, I can roam around the house with my Sennhauser 800Ds!

Eduardo, humor aside, be aware that the "dust sprays" can actually cause clogs and moisture (don't shake them) when attempting to clean or dry out electronics. The pros use an expensive machine but look carefully at the various sprays intended to dry out and/or clean out electronic devices.

I don't know if some of the disconnect/drop off issues are related, but give it some consideration. I've seen one spray intended to dry out keyboards cause an actual wet clog that dried quickly and left residue.

The color balls of Mojo and Hugo can collect dust readily, so I carefully keep an eye on them, but moisture, in the attempt to dry or dust, can be a disaster.

Thanks for that, I haven't thought of it, will try today
