I love the sound of the mojo2/poly, but how do you watch a video with the poly without audio delay,/lips not syncing. It's driving me crazy

Edit - decided to use my topping bc3 optical for movies use instead of poly. Hoping it doesn't degrade audio quality too much

My Gofigure app can't finish indexing the SD card on my iPhone. I'm using Mconnect and Poly needs to read SD card for Mconnect every time. Any experience on this?

How many songs are on the card? Can another dap index the card properly? I have about 7K songs on a 1TB card, normally it takes about 30-40 minutes to index. Once in a while it will go on for too long, I turn it off and let it go a second round. Then it completes the indexing.

Thx for your replied. I have less than 7k. Around 200gb from 512gb capacity. I tried it last time, poly stop flashing red and green. I thought it might finished but nothing. And I have to reindex again.

Totally Power off Mojo/Poly
pull the SD card and delete these files:

art-cache-a.tar
dlna-sdfree.dat
mpd

reinstall the SD card, power up Mojo/Poly
If you are in Everything Else play mode the card will be indexed automatically. If in Roon play mode SD card won't index

With my galaxy S8, GoFigure can not display the playlist on the SDCARD in the Poly. But it works with 2Go.
For the support of Chord, it is a Samsung problem. My friend, with an another Samsung, has the same problem.
But with MALP or Bubble UPNP, I can use the Playlists.

Thanks for the information. I'm using iPhone so not sure if apple users have the same experience.

Actually I just try to get my index save on GoFigure so I don’t have to wait SD card to be loaded every time.

I have a chord mojo that I purchased with a poly. the gofigure app finds the mojo without a problem.
I recently also acquired a chord mojo 2. The mojo 2 works fine thru the usb but the gofigure app is not seeing the mojo 2? why would the gofigure app find the mojo but not the mojo 2?

I figured it out the mojo 2 need a more recent 3.0 firmware
