No Amazon or Apple Music? That’s a pass for me.OK, this is crazy....i think ill jump on this deal.
specs are like....very very similar to 2x pricier V6 which was already insane value, best DAP deal under 500$ imo but the android feature isnt very needed in my very case, yet we have more buttons control, smaller form factor, same bal output power....and MSRP of 200$....and this early bird deal that seem too good to be true.
specs:
kHz - DSD 512
SNR 124dB
THD+N 0.0005%
Crosstalk 84dB/32Ω/3.5, 116dB/32Ω/4.4
Output Power SE 3.5: 330mW/32Ω
Output Power Bal. 4.4: 610mW/32Ω
Output Level: 2VRMS/3.5, 4VRMS/4.4
Price: 199$ (official site)

i read V6 support most mainstream apps...so V3 might be the same.No Amazon or Apple Music? That’s a pass for me.
alas, im not using streaming service...which make all android DAP a bit anachronical for my use.
so i can just comment all the rest (sound, power, line out, control)

Supporting Apple Music would make my decision easier. No Amazon or Apple Music? That’s a pass for me.
I asked to tempotec how they tuned the V3 and they answered that they tuned in their own sound style ... But no more.OK, this is crazy....i think ill jump on this deal.

Been testing the EA500 LM a few days now. I like them - slightly too hot for my liking out of the box though

I have also ordered one, you are right pretty hard to pass up at that price!I just bought it too. I have the V6 and love it. This one has a smaller form factor and I'm curious, and for $139, can't go wrong.
Should be here the first week of the new year, I will report back with thoughts.
Cheers!!

this is BGGA graph (8db pinna gain strangely):
i hope they will take the feedback seriously.
waiting for my pair to arrive, with a firm intentn to underline ann upper mids agressivity, loudness, sibilance or shoutyness.
would you say overall techncalities seem superior to EA500 OG??

I don't have the EA500 to compare them to unfortunately, only the EA1000 and EM6L.oh! indeed pinna gain is higher than though.....

I did give Simgot quite a bit of feedback. Not quite a full review but not far off! I haven't tried the blue nozzle yet but it looks spicier from the graphs. No idea what the expected MSRP is going to be but impressed with the technicalities - not at the level of EA1000 but still very good.

Does anyone know if the USB on the V3 might be output as well? I'd like to pair it with some of my amps, Gryphon, Diablo, and so forth.
It's fine if it isn't I just couldn't seem to find that info.
Thanks in advance!

ill need to confirm....but V6 is....as well as their super cheap V1A....so it would be odd its not.Does anyone know if the USB on the V3 might be output as well? I'd like to pair it with some of my amps, Gryphon, Diablo, and so forth.

now its confirm its not android though...
anyway, i dont have one on the way right now, their something to know is that consumer service of Tempotec is rather poor, ive read lot of complaint about email never being asnewer...seem the same with reviewer which is not a big deal, but for consumers it is.
just my 2 cents to be 100% transparent.
as well, V6 have quality check issue....again, mine work well...cant say what consumers does to their but ive read at least 5 complaint about volume knob issue or port not working...
so ive email them your question....i love using dongle and dac-amp with V6 too so i understand the interest here. hope it is!

I used to think the same way about Android devices because I don't stream music either. But then I got the Tempotec V6 and found out that I could download other Music playing Apps like JetAudio, which is the music system that the Cowon players use (which I really loved the sound of) Although the Hiby system is great, some of the other music playing apps offer different approaches to sound and I really appreciate that (more spacious and more ways to manipulate the sound). That's my selling point for Android Daps, it's like being able to have several different versions of a dap. I also bought the V3 too for it's smaller form factor but haven't received it yet.i read V6 support most mainstream apps...so V3 might be the same.

No hardware issues with the V6 thus far. Can run apps like Youtube and Google Playstore, as well as the music apps I mentioned (JetAudio and Neutron if you like that one). And weirdly, in comparison to the Hiby devices that I've had, the Tempotec V6 as well as the old V1's bluetooth sounds really good.Non hardware issue with the V6 ?
Hi guys, here d my take on the Simgot EA1000. Not for all but highly detailed and resolving for sure.
