Just got my CCA CA4.
Really great gentle blue colour!
Nice 15574465123497116834709648541996.jpg colour match with ZSNs!

First sound impression: definitely noticeably refined compared to ZSN, and well worth of ca. $15!!

Agreed. I’m really liking mine! CCA has been killing it IMO.

Part of me's kinda' tempted to get a CA4 on the theory that it's like the ZSN but more CCA-ish... but the reason I think that in the first place is because I got the CCA C10 because folks were saying it was like the ZSN but better and I'd probably keep using it over the CA4 anyhow... :p

If you already have C10, I would stick with it. I feel it’s superior to the CA4, so going from a C10 to a CA4 would be a downgrade. Not a huge downgrade, but a downgrade nonetheless.

Very true.
CA4 and CA10 feel close at par per their price of ca. $15 and $25.
CA4 is more V-shape and engaging, while CCA10 is more resolving and gentle.
Within my limited universe of IEM experience, I feel the best $50, a newcomer to HiFi may spend is on CCA10 and **** (my personal preference is CCA10 and more all-BAs, like AS10, but I do respect **** for its wild amusement:)), and then one won't go wrong with CA4 for $15.

Thanks Panda. I don’t post links from my phone anymore, because people say they’re broken on anything but the mobile app.

And I’m not in front of a computer right now, so I couldn’t get the full website link to the cable.

Your link is even cheaper than the one I had. Nice job!
There are absolutely better cables, even better cables within the price range I'd be willing be willing to go for, but I nabbed one myself as well. Just under the wire (harhar) for the sale, but I'd been wavering for a few days. Got no complaints about my C10's cable but my ZSN's cable is a lot prettier (I like the bare/burnished metal look in general and my ZSN is the purple color) so even though I seriously considered the ~8$ silver/copper one from KZ I decided since it was just vanity I'd save a few bucks (plus the purple ZSN's cable really is pretty, IMO). <-<

Oh boy ! I'm a bit afraid of these 2 DD. This could be a total win or a disaster.
Where is this image from ?

The image is one I took with my phone earlier

I got the CCA C16 after being personally slightly disappointed by ZS7 performance. It was all based on expectations. ZS7 are great, but I felt the V-shaped sound signature being too bassy. I use them at work (for hours), and my ears literally starts to hurt after a while.
And then I tried C16. I was instantly amazed by the sound. Fast, tight, deep enough bass that has both good control and attack. Meaty mids with clear voice presentation, with great detail for acoustic music as well. Strings, brass, everything sounds WONDERFUL. And some mature, silky soft highs that complete the sound without nuking my ears as ZS6 did.
After owning tens of IEMs, including 1More Triple Driver, HifiMan RE400i, ZS5v1, ZS6 and many other sub-50$ ones, I finally found a pair on which I can't find any cons.

Pretty nice on how cheap sound quality got in the past years. :L3000:
