Got my HA-6A in black. I didn't get KT88 tubes (in a wooden box) apparentlty new batch don't ship with KT88s.
Connected with Fiio K9 pro ess and beloved HD660S2. So far no hum / hiss/ noise from the amp with the above combo.
Tubes are still stock (tubes roll coming soon).

Congratz, the Ha-6a is a very nice amplifier.

Unfortunately due to cost saving measures the Ha-6a no longer ships with both tubes Sets.

Which rectifier tubes did yours come with 22DE4 or 17AX4GTB?

Might leave them alone as they are hard to find.

Minor problem on my less than 24hrs HA-6A.
Indicator light on volume knob is off from 7 (0) to 10 o'clock (light will be on @11 o'clock and thereafter).
Weird that it happened without me realizing it. I don't know this should be any concern.
Soundwise, still burning stock tubes. Love the sound sig so far.
@Andykong if you read this, maybe you can shed a bit of light?

Due to my system morphing into more of a 2 channel system in recent months I've decided to sell my HA6a, so if anyone is looking for one in EU let me know. I also listed some really tasty power tubes in another add : )

I owned HA6a for 3 years and love it to bits. If I didn't need HA300MK2 for speakers, I would seriously stick with HA6a for headphones only. Loaded with right tubes it delivers in spades for any headphone from Utopia to Susvara. It's amazing. The more I go into TOTL territory the more I realise how much of a gem HA6a is. It outlived a whole slew of amps and I only part ways with it bc of transitions into speaker realm. This is a gem of a headphone amp!

Tried 5814 GE triple mica and Shuguang EL34/6CA7. Still burning. Early impression mid was better than stock 12au7.

I need to get a pair of those.

So far, I've tried Telefunken, 60's Shield Logo Mullard, late 60's Orange Label Amperex and RCA (Cleartop). So far, I like the Amperex the most, but need to listen more. Surprisingly, the Telefunken were my least favorite. I didn't care for them in this at all.

I need to snag pair of GE and a pair of RCA Blackplate. But I also need to find an earlier set of white label Amperex. Ideally, I'd snag a pair of Amperex 7316s, but those might be more than I want to spent right now.
