Reports from RMAF are that Cardas has given up on the dark warmth for a more tonally balanced and detailed signature. Made a more wearable cable, too. Seems good at $300

Interesting ! My main concern with the EM5813s was the uneven frequency response and the lack of highs. If in the A8s these issues got fixed they could be really awesome. Driver size is again 11.5mm ?
