I’m curious to know how my HeadphoneLounge copper litz cable will pair with the Vegas, although as it drops out in the left ear with my Shure SE846s regularly I’m kind of looking forward to an upgrade.

I had a number of problems with the mmcx connection on my 846s. But have had none with the Vega. Not sure if this is due to the cable side or the IEM side.

^ Interesting... Next time I go in for a proper audition I’ll test with my own cable in lieu of the stock. I don’t want to part with it truth be known... I love everything it has brought to the 8’s besides the apparent fault.

That being said its compatability with other IEMs isn’t widespread.

I have the Triton8 Hybrid Cable with my Lyra II. Recommended it by a fellow member who uses it with his Vega's.

Yikes! Definitely reach out to Campfire Audio, they a known for great customer service.

Is the driver visible on the other side of the nozzle? I'd love to see another picture or two of all the internals if you have time.

Yes it's covered, happened to me twice, but after a few months.
