According to another website it will be a limited initial run of 333 (nice) units at $3375. I really wonder if the price jump is commensurate with the jump in sound quality. @ExpatinJapan seems to think it needed more tuning.

I'm sure it will. IMHO their best IEMs are easily in a league with the best I've heard...and I've heard a lot.

Does anyone have any idea what the driver configs of these new IEMs are, or how they sound? I'm still hoping one of them is a uni version of the Supermoon.

Edit: The most expensive one is $3300...sad to say this only qualifies as a "medium sized boy" in this market where the most expensive IEMs now routinely top out at $4K, $5K, $6K and beyond.

But does it need to be? Let's be honest, beyond 3K it's just prestige pricing. Even boutique brands offering TOTL can't entirely claim they're passing off R&D + Low volume of sales to the customer.

Those 6K IEM's better have 21 drivers a side and be bedazzled like a rapper's Audemars Royal Oak.

Still excited to see the new range while keeping an eye on CFA's official market for used Ara's.

At AXPONA 2022 I listened to a variety of expensive sound systems. At some point I said you could get a fully decked out Landrover with tires, motor, heated/cooled seats with massage function and also a very nice audio system.

You can purchase brand new Aras from letsgoaudio.com for nearly half price. They only ship to certain Asian countries from their webpage so you'll have to message them on their website or Whatsapp if you live elsewhere. I bought my Vegas from them for a good discount. Shipping will be more expensive than usual but you'll end up paying less anyway. They quoted me 720 HKD to ship to Canada.
