Yep. That is what I have been doing. If you see 3rd slot... that is where I put silica gel for absorbing moisture.. and seal tightly when I am not using it..

Mainly for sound but is good to have both though.

From what I've heard, the biggest different between jupiter and andromeda is the presence of mids. A lot of people recommend andromeda over jupiter because of this. The u-shaped sound sig of jupiter is not for everyone.

Guess I need to go down to test both out. Btw Campfire don't supply both 2.5mm and 3.5mm cable right of the box?

So I just received a new pair of the Orion v1 today. All I can say is WOW!!!! I also own a pair of Andromeda's and I find the Orion holding its own in comparison as it so coherent, natural sounding, and alluring in sound. I bought and sold the Nova because I felt that the bass was too north of neutral for my tastes with only a gentle treble presence, although I loved the thick & juicy mids. I liken the Orion to a good pair of bookshelf speakers in a 2 channel system. This is to say that the mids are front and center with the sub- bass being detailed but is not level with the mids albeit, thankfully, without a mid-bass hump. The Orion's treble is polite but present so as to offer fluidity but is not ultimately extended. The Andromeda's are like two multi-channel floor standing speakers with a dedicated subwoofer set to just the right crossover/phase. I find the Orion to be more neutral and the Andromeda to be the most "musical" neutral I have ever heard. @KB I can say that I have now owned almost all your iem offerings and they differ greatly from each other in the most sophisticated ways. I am loving my Orion's so much and am happy to be part of the Campfire Audio family. I must say that I secretly hope that I will be able to afford the Campfire Audio Headphones whenever they materialize. Happy Listening everyone!

I forgot to order a 2.5mm cable with my inbound Andromedas.  Anyone who got one with a pair of Jupiters not using it, I'm now broke and looking for cheap to free 2.5mm solution. PM me if you care to part with your unused cable. :)
