Just got in the mail the much cheaper than usual reference 8 cable I bought from overseas. So far I am convinced that they’re the real deal. I took some pics of it, can any keen eyes take a look?

I compared it with the Litz cable and a lot of the details are the same.

It looks pretty legit to me.

Wow! These do look elegant. And low profile. Probably better with these in the office than something green.

The Cerakote looks nice, quite understated compared to the standard green. I assume it's a bit more resistant to dings and scratches as well? Not that you should try it, but in theory...

Yes, definitely don't stand out as much as the green. I'm trying my best not to test the scratch resistance.

Haven't tried the greens so can't help with any differences.

I am sure it is exactly the same. I have owned the green and the white ck and they both sound the same. I am sure the blue will as well.

Haha, that's definitely the right play. Andros are sensitive in many ways, it seems; I've luckily managed to keep mine pristine by treating them as if they're made of eggshell (also helps that I'm not a mobile listener so regular wear and tear stays quite light).
