I need an advise about Which one I must prefer..

My expectations are higher sound quality and higher output level at high impedances..
 
I want to use it with DBA-02 and a full size headphone (not bought yet) 80 or 250 ohms via ipod classic..

I have the first one, I use it with my iphone and ATH-M50 (ATH-A700 sometimes), honestly I don't have that much knowlege on portable amps, all I can tell, this tiny amp is sweet, so much power in a very little toy, is very well constructed and the battery is amazing, more than 50 hrs between charges. I havent tried a cmoy, so I can't answer properly, but I think you cant go wrong with the C&C BK. By the way, mine is gray, but the black one looks more sexy!
