Can anyone recommend some good budget android phone options to support the latest Bluetooth codecs including aptx adaptive and ldac with no issues?

High end android phones don't even have those....maybe some Sony phone will have LDAC? Budget phones won't have any of those modern bluetooth codecs unfortunately. AptX HD is around on the higher end....

Any phone with Android 8.0 or later has LDAC support.

Unfortunately that is not the case. I have a Nokia 6.1 Plus which has Android 10. But it doesn’t support LDAC, even if I force it to work through developer options. I guess LDAC is in direct relation to the chip and not the OS version. I might be wrong too.
