Is anyone curious about the statement from the spec regarding FUGAKU tech in a standalone amp priced under $5k? :D Interesting to hear how it could inject some of that FUGAKU magic into other flagship IEMs.

Definitely going to get one, love my Tsu-Orochi.
I love the OE too, its simple but yet enhances the sound tastefully.

I will wait for more impressions on watasumi before pulling the trigger.

Reference price: ¥680,000 (tax included)

The price has already been opened.Since it is a portable amplifier that is released as a higher version of Tsuranagi, it is almost certain that it will deliver better sound than the existing Tsuranagi editions.
Maybe...you dont know that yet.

I’d like to hear more about the Brise product. Your response belongs in sound science.

Checking your post history you have a pattern of jumping into threads to tell people what they’re hearing is wrong. Not appreciated, even under the guise of ‘educating.’

Really excited to see Brise Audio launching the Watatsumi! I've been using the original Tsuranagi (V1) and love its transparency and neutral presentation.

That said, I'm definitely curious about how Watatsumi takes things further—especially in terms of top-end openness and extension. I’m hoping it brings a bit more air and sparkle without losing that Brise neutrality and control.

Looking forward to hearing impressions from early users!

The Watatsumi will likely be an upgrade from the Tsuranagi Silver Concept, especially considering both use Shirogane for the internal wiring — with Watatsumi featuring a thicker gauge. That said, the original Tsuranagi OE is still a solid investment. Given Orochi’s unique sound character, it remains superior to most amps on the market. Owning both the Tsuranagi OE and the Watatsumi isn’t a bad idea at all — they should offer distinctly different sound signatures and complement each other well.

What a beautiful product from a world-class company.
Everything they make is exceptional.
Add this to the endless list of amazing products they produce.

The Tsuranagi V1 Amp remains fantastic and has served many users for some time now, without disappointment, at an accessible price to most listeners and hobbyists.

I posted one for sale in like-new condition; if anyone is interested.

Congrats to everyone who gets to enjoy this new product and any other Brise items.

Got curious. Checked out this company's offerings. Cheapest mmcx cables are around 400 British pounds sterling. Oh dear...
