I didn’t even have the app but have downloaded it from the UK iOS store. And yes support for the P9 lightening cable is there. Now we just need the cable!

Looking forward to seeing what the app has to offer. Maybe just firmware updates and tweaks for the DAC in the cable?

Not in the US App Store...
If it wasn’t before it is in the USA App Store now. It is the Bowers and Wilkins Headphones app. This is the same app that is for the PX model. If you look at the notes you’ll see the P9 with lighting cable listed as being supported.

I don’t see it in the UK App Store.
That must also mean you can use this app which was for the PX to maybe adjust sound?
Thanks! Of course it doesn't let you see what it does without plugging in the magic cable...If it wasn’t before it is in the USA App Store now. App? I'm confused, aren't the P9s passive? What does the app exactly do?

In IOS App store make sure iPhone only is selected if on an iPad (by default it shows iPad apps only) and its exact name is "Bowers & Wilkins Headphones" . Hope this helps. No rush until you get the cable anyway so maybe app store hasn't updated yet where you are....I can’t even find the app!

They'll be available to order next week so I'd imagine that, at worst, ours will be shipped next week.
