I am continuing to experiment with my Blon - the cable is ordered from Linsoul and will take time to arrive. I do struggle with the stock cable so for now I take some time to fit them. In the meantime am working the tips. After trying stuff I had in the house, it looks like the foam tips that came with my Tin T3s are the best fit. I think they are medium no? What tips I can get on Amazon that will be mire or less the same as those?

B type will be fine, but it'll stick out. If you take type C and smoothen the edges on the Blon socket with a file or whatever, you'll get a flush fit.

Those are called Whirlwinds or Turbos depending on the brand. They have those propeller type ridges inside and are wide bore.

Starlines are the common black KZ ones with those little star like notches at the top.

I am now 30 minutes into them.

I have no problems whit the fit and cable and tils are fitting me i swapped to my tripowin 4.4 balanced cable

At first i was listening to it from my phone directly everthing stock it sounded thin nothing special

Then i swapped over to balanced and my fiio q5s whit am3d. It was like a 300% upgrade.

They sound like a mini kxxs evey thing much worse beside stage and bass. But man these need power.

Is this a giant killer? No way i would take my kxxs over these. Over my t800 never ever. (Besides i want to sleep and lay in my ear. I dont need to compare them against this 2

These can compete whit my t2. The blon has better and thighter bass. The mids are not that good on the blon compared to the t2 mids are the biggest strenght of the t2 highs are more detailed on the t2 it is also brighter then the blon. The blon has the bigger stage but t2 is more holographic. Resolution better on the t2

Do i rec them ? Absolutly yes this these are very entertaining tuning is good. These punch over thier price and can compete against the 50-100 dollar range but not more.

I also rec them to people whit higher end gear these are absolutely good iems for sleeping on the ear whitout pain and the smooth tuning offerst to that

Wellllll... The problem with absolute statements is that unless you have experienced EVERYTHING it is hard to be accurate. Another problem with absolute statements about a subjective topic is that it can only be true for you.

Anyway, since you made the statement I will put my opposing viewpoint on the board... I have many, many IEMs, ranging in price from $30 to $500. Off the top of my head I can think of four over $100 IEMs in my collection that the BL-03 surpass - in MY OPINION. The Massdrop Plus, the Hidizs MS4, the Audio Technica ATH-e70, and the BGVP DM7. If I go look in my drawer of unused IEMs I probably can find other over $100 IEMs I would think the BL-03 are better than.

I just received my Blon today. All I can say is omg. This thing cannot be at 30$. i even compared them to my Solaris and i do prefer them. The only thing that have to be said is that they are power hungry. I will continue my listening and will give my impressions later

but not sure what plug should I get, the A or the B? Or if you guys have some other BT cable suggestion, please, please share

I haven't tried the KZ cable, but I use them with the BQEYZ Z3 APTX HD cable and I like the combination. Only a little hiss is audible in quiet surroundings with quiet audio, compared to the perfect ES100.

Edit: There are several listings on both eBay and AliExpress for about $20. I got mine from eBay.

I don't have one to confirm, but I believe with TFZ connectors there is no need to sand it.

The TFZ cable fits from my T2 but it does not sit flush, works fine and isn't loose.

I can understand the hype when its better then my dm6 but i prefer it then my tin t2 i like it even more then my dt770 250 ohms but it looses definitely against my kxxs they are both CNT drivers same size same ressitance its worse thennin ever aspect not much but it is. Some people say it has better bass then kxxs. Blon is boomier and kxxs is thighter what is better now? Highs are smoother on blon. But kxxs is more resolving more detailed more sparkle.

I mean nothing against the blon i will buy now 2 pairs more of them mine got confiscated by my girl. Also one for me one for a friend.

But still looses against my 150 dollar kxxs. And i listen to them my girl listen to them a friend listen to them and they all say kxxs is another class blon is maybe 80-90% of it

But still respect to the blon every one should get one

As much as i think the Blon is good, i still like the DM6 better. Besides, they do things differently and both have different strengths and weaknesses anyway
