Here's my Information:
 
March 28, 2011: Sent a payment of $10.00 to cover shipping on some wooden liners to "beta" test them for Bill to see how the bass would change as opposed to the aluminum cups on the Grado SR-325i. 
 
I sent Bill about 3-4 Private Messages and each time, he'd indicate the liners would be in the mail "the next day".  After Bill posted his massive photo shoot of all the various woods and lacquers that he had outside drying, I sent him an other PM.  He promised again that the liners would be sent (and he had many varieties to send me - different heights, etc.), plus he wanted to throw in a pair of his new cups for me based on my patience for waiting.  I replied back that I'd like a darker pair of cups, if possible. 
 
I never heard from him since.
 
Granted, my stake in this is quite small compared to what some others have endured.  Bill has a pair of SR-225 headphones from another member, which may never get back to that member.  $200 wasted.  So sad.

You'll have to add Radio-Head to this list.  Bilavideo has his pair of SR-225 Grados. I'm not sure what else Radio-Head wanted Bill to do, but still being out a pair of SR-225 headphones is like being out $200.

I sent him my SR225i for wood cups and a recable. Also paid $80 for the mods including shipping fees back to me. He got my headphones on the 26th of May and I haven't heard from him since. I have sent him PMs, emails and tried calling him...no response at all. We spoke a couple of times on the phone before I sent him the headphones and he sounded very honest and knowledgeable about the grado mods. His trader feedback was good and also some other posts about the mods he's done in the past.
 
Maybe if we all call him all day & night it'll help wake him up!!

I understand that you may be frustrated about the service you've received and you have every right to make this thread, list damages and even get a lawyer.  Posting personal information like that phone number in a public space like this is dirty.  I've seen people do that before, before you know it the phone number ends up on 4chan and that persons life descends into hell.  You've got a problem with Bill, fine, but the guy has a family that has nothing to do with any of this.

I don't see anything wrong with that, considering he isn't even picking up his phone so why would it matter to him and his family.

Please include the SR-325 wooden liners that Bilavideo was going to send me; and, then eventually after a few PMs, he felt bad for the delay and offered to send me some new cups to - but, wanted me to pick a color.

It's one thing for you all to organize and have one person call once or twice a day.  Posting it in a public place serves no purpose to spam phone calls.  If the man has to unplug his phone because it wont stop ringing it causes problems, whether that be an office phone or a home phone.  You're all in the moral right here, don't muddy your cause with harassment.
