Any recommendations? Any brand stand out in particular? I use the Sennheiser ones on my backups, CX-150s, but I feel like they don't isolate very well.

I use Head-Directs, large bi flanges, they do a very nice jod of isolating with my Sony EX600's, after having used the TF10's I have enlarged ear canals, so they fit nice and snug!
they are $15.00 shipped, I just picked up a set, I don't need the filters, but its a package deal?
also try looking into Meelectronics, they seem to have a very nice variety and assortment of tips available, and very nicely priced, although I haven't tried any, I ultimately just went with what I knew with Head-direct's flanges
