Thanks for that!  I found some conflicting info in some places.
 
Can anyone tell me about thier experiences with the K190 unterminated straight cable for the DT250?
 
I'm wanting to use these cans unamped with an iPod.  Specifically, an iPod with an acryllic case.
 
So - not all phone plugs are case friendly.  I have a Switchcraft 1/8" - it doesn't work with the case on due to a length issue.
 
Any suggestions?
