I'm treble sensitive and I don't find the DT1770 Pro particularly bright when paired with the FiiO K9 which has ESS DAC, the K9 does not transmit bluetooth signals its purely to receive an bluetooth audio signal from a bluetooth source eg: smartphone.
I noticed on your signature list you have both 660s and 1770pro. How do they compare? Consider the 620s closed back from Sennheiser?

Briefly the Sennheiser HD660S2 has less bass and less sub bass than DT1770 Pro, wider sound stage on HD660S2 (to be expected) than the DT1770 Pro however the HD660S2 not as detailed as the DT1770 Pro. DT1770 Pro slightly brighter sounding than the HD660S2, DT1770 Pro more of a "fun" listen than the HD660S2 if that makes sense. I primarily purchased the HD660S (replaced by recently with HD 660S2 as I wanted more bass) to pair with my tube amp, something the DT1770 Pro does not does well at all (it has a habit of highlighting distortion). Both are great headphones but in different ways. I havent heard the HD620 but from all accounts its very good.

Which Dekoni Pad gives the most Base to DT1770?

Is it the Hybrid Elite.

Is there another main thread for DT1770 mk 2

Below are Dekoni graphs from Dekoni website. Are these somewhat applicable to DT1770?

It seem sHybrid gives most Base and has a nice treble reduction.
