I am deciding between AQ Dragonfly black or the Fiio E10K however the DFB only supports UAPP on phone which can be quite a deal breaker however SQ wise i heard many good things about it. Anyone knows a DAC that supports most software like the Cozoy Aegis but in the sub $100 range?

Schiit Modi 2 and ODAC will both do the job quite fine. If you need portable ones then maybe some FIIO

Ah yes i forgot to mention I need portable I am now considering between Fiio E10k Fiio Q1 and the Zorloo Zuperdac not sure which one to get. Any idea?
