Hi!

I decided to sell almost all my gear to get a new set of IEM and I can't decide between Custom or Universal... I listen to pretty much everything and a lot of it.

I can go Used or New, I don't mind and my budget is around 650$ all in all.

I've read so many great things about JH13pros but I find the process to be a bit long and complex. Also, they are out of my budget if bought ''new''. Isn't there some good universal that can compete? I know westone used to make their own remold, is it still the case (I fear shipping to UM since they customer service doesn't seem to be all that great...).

I could also upgrade the budget a bit (not too much) if needed, and I prefer a solution that would sound better unamped as I mostly used my iPhone 4 + ALAC as source.

Thanks a lot for your help, I really need it!

Not to forget there are other options like 1964 Ears, LiveWire if you are considering custom IEMs
