If I want a dap to transport a chord mojo and have tidal. Is a lg v30 in reality a better choice than a dap which runs tidal badly?

If you want to transport to mojo, most of smartphones are working fine. Even the cheap one.

Answered you already. Please read comment below your question post -___-
Thankyou for being so helpful. You answered all my previous questions except for the last one. I wanted to know what version of android you have on your x900 and how to get that. Because mine just shipped with lollipop and since you know most about this phone, I thought of asking what version you have.

No I can't seem to download any updates. Also do I just use the zip that I download from the updater app directly or do I need a custom boot loader for the update link you gave me?

Has anyone tried the newer Meizu phones? I am wondering if the Pro 16 Plus and similar phones are a good buy.

The old Pro 16 Plus was very solid.

I am confused. You mean pro 7 plus or newest 16th Plus.

Btw, better buy vivo for better sound and camera.

After meizu parts away with exynos, it cuts all audio grade chips. Very weird strategy. And camera is not top notch like in older model in the past. They were really flagship killer.

Thanks. I also would like one that sounds great by itself. Is v30 one of the best for that?

Yes as it can play MQA natively via uapp.

Can install directly. But if you arent caring about update. Lollipop is just fine for daily use

Awesome, how does it handle tidal?

Tidal app will output only 16/44. MQA in Tidal will be processed with software unfolding. So you need to log in tidal in UAPP to make it process MQA by hardware decoding.

Without sounding silly, how do I log in tidal in UAPP!

I am new to uapp too, does it provide any extra benifit if we use tidal with uapp instead of tidal app itself especially on x900.

Only for LG V30/V35 which has Native MQA support. for other brands, it doesn't benefit.
