Already maximize the volume in low gain..
If not normalize, it might suddenly increased or decreased the volume right?

I meant on the phone itself not the Fiio, max the source in this case the phone then control volume from the Fiio, normalization will force tracks that are naturally louder and more dynamic to lower levels at least to my ears.....you might have to skip track to hear any difference

Yea it just a gold plated OTG cable with maybe a stronger cable....i really don't think so but it's up to you....I would add a few more dollars and maybe get some budget cans lol headphones make up at least half the experience after all.

I've never heard the momentums but I think what matters is how it sounds to you....I can PM you some budget options if you can find them and audition to see if they beat the momentums

Most likely a different taste. Pro5 has more organic sound with euphonic vocal than V20, but there is less treble extension compare to V20.

Letv x900 has more handful impact and deep bass than V20. With V-Shape signature making sound more lively and catchy. while V20 is better in vocal smoothness and fullness.
