Very.  I've talked to some of their reps over the phone.  Quite knowledgeable about their products and represent themselves well. They've been doing business long before the SM3 was a blip on Head-fi.

They do have a good rep and are known to be reliable.
 
They also have sales and gift card giveaways at times. They actually had a 100$ gc to 5 people giveaway like 2 weeks before the SM3s were sold there. I probably would have gotten the SM3 had I won, but no avail. No idea the SM3 were going to end up being sold there, but they seem pretty open to introducing new brands if it's requested heavily. After signing up for the giveaway the thought of SM3s being introduced to their lineup actually entered my mind, which is funny now.

I was always responded to promptly. They were really nice, I purchased the SM3 using "10Sound" coupon (10% off). After reading about the 15% off coupon here, I asked if I could cancel and reorder. They simply refunded the difference ($17.60).

yes i was very very tempted to buy the sm3 since its under $300 with the coupon. went for the dba-02 instead.. with a very long wait (havent received them). may end up selling those and going for these anyway
