Does this mean CP100 is too tight and CP145 is too loose? That's what I usually use with the BL03 but it does fall off the nozzle frequently.

Just tie it with a piece of dental floss. Problem solved

I like CP100 the most. I have tried it with NX7pro and they are perfectly match.

Is the spacer mod a gasket in the nozzle?

I also wonder since Sednaearfits are both tall and for shallow insertion. Does this mean they're the best for BL-03 and other short nozzle IEMs?
For the Blon BL-03Is the spacer mod a gasket in the nozzle?
I used silicone O-Rings, 4mm Inner Diameter, 8mm OD, 2mm Width (AKA Seal Gaskets). Topped with Comply Comfort Plus Tsx-500 Memory Foam Earphone Tips. An added bonus to the Comply's is the built in wax/debris guard, which will allow you to experiment with the modifications.

You can look at these charts to better evaluate the fit:

So which are the differences, if any, between the Normal Spiral Dots and the ++ apart from the coloured stems?
I’m trying to find foam tips that fit the GuideRay iems. They say they are a 3.3 mm nozzle, and I’m having no luck finding any that are for that specific size. They’re all larger. Anyone seen anything that might work for me out there?

My personal favorite foams are the Shure black foams, often referred to as 'olives'. They are for 3.0mm nozzles and should fit well.
Westone foam tips and T100 AliExpress generic foams will also fit.
Pics of all 3.
Top row is medium Westone & Shure tips.
Bottom is small Westone, Shure & T100 tips.

I'm still unsure which foam tips will fit my ZSX\C12's.
I've asked enough on here that it's a little embarrassing to ask again but I can't work it out.
I would most like Shure olives but would take comply or similar if they fit well.

Those have the larger 'normal' sized kz/cca nozzles. No chance for Shure foams (3.0mm) but T400 (5.0mm) size foams fit.

I heard that the silicon in the Spiral Dot ++ is softer than the silicon in the original Spiral Dot.
