How do they compare to the Deep Mounts soundwise?
They add quite a significant amount of bass emphasis compared to my deepmounts. The mids and treble recede a bit and sound more diffused.

The bores of the velvet are quite a bit larger than the deepmount, probably why the velvets sound so similar to azla sedna tips.

Just got the Tri Clarions.. wow! Can’t believe how good they sound. I thought the Azla Max were good but these are just special, now my favourites
clarion are dam tips, the sound stage is so wide using those tips

i disagree with audioreview on his review, as they have great bass as well

this is my go to tips and i have over 80 different tips

its shocking how the sound stage just explodes using those tips

no cable rolling can provide this huge huge improvement in sound like using tri clarion tips

The JVC Spiral Dot++? Yes I have them, they feel almost silky soft, very comfortable and conforming, they feel a lot more comfortable than the original Spiral Dot and most other tips I have. Acoustic performance is good.
Do they run true to size?

Went on a tip-rolling spree in order to prevent myself from spending more money on IEMs lol. Here are some random impressions

Spinfit CP100s are just a solid silicone eartip that doesn't really standout in any aspect for me but are generally better than a lot of the OEM tips that I get.
Spinfit CP155s were bought out of necessity for the gargantuan Moondrop Variation nozzles but do a good job of seemingly increasing bass but are a little uncomfortable since the nozzle is a bit long and the end is slightly more pointy than other Spinfits.
Spinfit W1s are quite nice in terms of seemingly widening out the sound stage but also have some fit issues for me potentially due to the rather malleable nozzle. The "sticky" nature of the silicone does a good job to maintain seal but the whole thing does not seem to hold its shape and position as well as other tips.
Final Audio Type Es are just great all-round for my ears. Very comfortable with an effect of making the midrange just so nice and taking the edge off the treble.
Campfire Marshmallow tips are very, very squishy and quite comfortable. Hard to make a definitive statement on their effect on sound at this point in time though.

Will be looking at purchasing AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC, Dunu S&S and a pair of Chus just for Spring tips which is hilariously the most economic and quickest way to get them.

Nice run down, thanks. So many tips these days, can't try them all. It is fun to roll tips a bit but I often find I come back to Fina Type E, excellet all-arounder as you note. I also enjoy the comfort and sound of Azla SednaEarfit Light.

If you normally take large tips, you'll need XL Springtips which aren't included with Chu.:triportsad:

wew thanks for the heads up, guess I will have to wait for snailmail from aliexpress then.
Does TRI Clarion make sound bright? It has wide bore and I believe wide bore tips increase treble.
I haven't tried them personally, but everything I've read online seems to indicate that this is the case for the Clarions. So I suppose you shouldn't chuck them on something like a Stellaris unless you're into that sort of thing lol

Audio Technica JP does great tips which aren’t quite recognized!
They’re quite firm, more precise, and more fully sounding, day and night difference on ie900 and Anole V15

I just wanted to chime in on the Tri Clarion tips.

I finally found a set that these tips do wonders for. At least in my case. For my ears.

And it's the Blon BL-03.

It resurrected the Oppoty! I did some tip rolling tonight with the Blon and these came out the winner...

I have Olina SE and I use stock large tips which is good for me in terms of sound but little bit loose in my ears. I also have Kbear 07 which fits well but it increases bass and make sound bassy overall.

I just tried the Audiosense S400 tips and they are amazing; they add some bass and body to the bright presentation of the Thieaudio Legacy 4.

I've tried so far the Fiio HS18 but i have to do wonders to have a decent seal on my ears because they are so thin and don't have so much isolation, and the Tri Clarion that have more fit on my ears and give a similar sound to the Hs18, bright and spaciousness.
HS18 to me on one of my ears can be like a suction cup taking it off, lol, but its sub-bass is still similar to just the wide bores. Interestingly, the CP100 I think has the most sub-bass out of the ones I have going from CP100 > Softears UC > Clarion = HS18 = SS20. I do wonder how much the pivoting cap helps out here.
