OK, foam. So it is a "special" case... 🤔

What doesn't fit you, or miss ? What's wrong with those foams?

Well they work fine I guess. I pretty new to the IEM myself. I have heard of different tips made of silicone etc. not sure if those are better. Just want to try out some other tips to see if I would like them better then the foams that I have. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have a set made by New Bee that I have worn a couple of times when I first got into IEMs. I preferred the feel of silicone but foam tips might be the only option I have. What about Sedna? Worth trying or just more silicone?

Sedna (all of them) are totally worth trying. I’ve had similar irritation problems with some tips. Not with the Sedna line. The Max in particular.

On SpinFit, medical grade silicon makes a big difference.

There are TONS of tips to try. You can fall down a rabbit hole once you start tip rolling.

I received my Fiio tips today. I wanted to like them, I really did, but they're just not for me. They're flimsy and uncomfortable.

On a brighter note, I received my Talos yesterday and consequently, the tips that I was so intrigued about. Now these are something else. The comfort is not other worldly or anything, but they open up the sound of the Talos substantially. The bass is delicious on the Talos, probably some of the best bass I've ever heard.

OK 😉

Just, you are opening the Pandora's box.

But... Hope remains at the bottom. 😂

A hint :

Foams = the far best phonic isolation, but the least "resolutive" sound. The treble is attenuated in 99% of the cases, in favor of the bass.

Good hunt, good luck. 🍀👍

My absolute personal crush :

"Canal Works 肉球 Gel Narrow Bore" L tips. Or "Wide Bore" version (depend of the fitting situation ; see my signature ; in the link above = Canal Works CW Dual Nozzle 《肉球》”Nikukyuu” (CWU-GDECM), Canal Works CW Single Nozzle 《肉球》”Nikukyuu” (CWU-GECM)).

But... You need to fit them... 😱🤔...

Can I get some tips recommendations ? I am currently have the Audio 64 U12t and am using the stock tips. Would like to try out some other tips to see what would work best for me. Thanks
KBEAR 07 are worth a try, they come in 5 sizes which can help getting a good fit. I used to use SpinFits ( CP100 or CP145) until I got the TRI Meteor which came with these. These sound better to my ears and are way cheaper, $8 for 5 pairs. These are the same as the AET07 ( apparently there is no translation for "intellectual property" in Chinese).

TENNMAK foams are really robust and also cheap.

If you've noticed a pattern in my tip choices, I have IEM acquisition syndrome and a cable fetish to support!

Awesome thanks for posting the link. Was not really convinced after warching the video as like you said most of them are spinfits.
Yes, agreed. There really is very little information about the nuances of tip rolling out there, surprisingly. This helps.
