I know this topic has been asked and answered so many times, but just please bear with it one more time.
I'm having a bit of trouble. See, I just bought some Sony MDR-V6s off ebay, and they turned out to be fake. I returned them for a refund (They were 50$ EUR, so about 80$ CDN) and now, I need some suggestions.
The headphones have to be under 100$ (70$-80$ would be ideal) and have to be easily driven (i.e portable, find out later).
I'm going to be using these headphones with my Notebook, a Compaq Pressario CQ-61 with IDT High Definition Codec as my sound card. I'm also going to be using them out of my Blackberry Pearl 8130. No amp for either.
I mainly listen to Rock/Metal, Acoustic, and Orchestral (in order from most listened to least listened). Around ear (like the V6s) is wanted, but not needed. At least some basic isolation. I don't want people complaining I've got my music to loud.
Sorry for asking this again guys, but I need some help.
Thank you again,
Trollzama
