Did you place the file in the systems folder?
After you have placed the dll file, restart winamp.
Crth + p / (right click -> settings -> preferences) will open the settings tab
And under DSP/Effect you would find Electri-Q
(i use a different software so it's not the same as yours)

You mean the "Program Files >> WinAmp >> System" folder?

Uhh... i forgot...
Well you could copy the file and place it in the systems folder and the plugins folder, and the main winamp folder. One of them should be correct.

hold on, i forgot if it's a dll file...

(the electri-q file you got, what file extension is it? exe? dll?)

you can use equalizer v1.62 by nevi, its the one i use
electri-q is paidware too, kinda the reason why i didn't use it

Depends on the type of headband.. But i suspect it's pleather so... i guess it just might do so especially if you sweat under the headband.
