Best headphone purchase, worst headphone purchase you have made

Worst: Any Grados... what was I thinking spending so much money on such poorly built headphones with nearly no soundstage? (this ought to make people quite angry and i dont care, i have to get it off my chest). I cant even listen to them anymore. Wish I could sue them for my tinnitus.

Best: Both of my AKGs, K501 and K601. K601 wins by a fairly large margin, absolutely the perfect sound to my ears (confirmed at canjam even more!).

Dont regret: Sennheiser HD600, first headphones I had that showed me what true quality headphones feel like and made me rethink my (now well in the past) Grado fanboy-ism. Build quality makes them feel like they could last forever, sound wonderful in their own way and if I could get over the comfort issue I had with them, they would be a perfect compliment to my AKGs.

Best so far:
1. HE60: bought for around $900, but then got scammed out of it -_-
2. K1000: my first one was brand new from Headroom for $550 (iirc)

Worst so far:
1. W5000: bought new, had rattle issue, sent back to Japan, came back with scratched cups, etc ... and I don't really like their sound lol.
2. K1000: one of them was a dud -_-
3. SA5000, K701 (can't stand their sound)
