What is the best affordable studio monitoring headphones that is around $30 or less? Of cource the cheaper ones would be nice. I don't know if the Koss UR-20 would be the best.

Well those headphones that are like the AKG be comfortable to wear for a long time? Will your whole ears go inside the ear cushions? Or are these like the ones that rest on your ears?

Yes their comfort is very acceptable. You can also increase that noticable by buying AKG velour pads (they fit on Superlux models).
 
They're indeed circumaural (around the ear), ears go inside

Come to think of it are you able to use earbuds for studio monitoring? Like I have the Sony MDR-EX300 and I got it for $50 at Amazon while back but I know these were higher end earbuds but not good as the EX500 or EX700. But I don't know if alot of people use earbuds for studio monitoring. So probley the best thing to do is to get the Superlux HD681  since that one is affordable compaired to the Samson one you showed me.
