Guess you missed the fact that Astro also has a distribution center in the UK .. I live in holland and when I ordered from the UK site I had mine in 2 days already delivered by UPS (If i remember right). Think shipping to norway from the UK wouldnt take longer than 3 or 4 days. And no troubles with customs.
 
On the astro site you can switch to the UK site or simply replace com with co.uk in the browser link. This will also give you the proper wallsocket adapters to use for europe. Think there was a french distribution center as well that might have delivered even faster than the UK one since it doesnt have to go overseas but my french was too bad to make a proper order lol

So instead of starting a new thread I figured I'd piggyback.  Hopefully someone will answer.
 
I have a pair of DT 770 Pro that I just bought, along with an E11.  I also purchased a digital to analog converter for my TV to listen to it with headphones.  The sound isn't nearly as good as it is from my iphone or PC w/ the E11.  I can live with this but I'd like to find a way to improve the sound, or create a surround sound effect when playing PS3 and watching blu-rays on my PS3.  
 
From what I have gathered, a Astro Mixamp would take care of this?  Is there anything else I'd need or any other recommendations?

The best sound quality wise would be the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 with an Astro Mixamp but that puts you at a cost of about $500.

aren't the mmx300's just the 770s with the  boom mic attached?  which is what the poster says he has.

I was replying to the starter of the thread. But jm722 should get get an Astro Mixamp which will give his DT 770's more juice so they will sound better, also a Zalman clip mic for chatting online over PSN (the Mixamp makes it compatible with the PS3) and it will also give him Dolby Headphone virtual surround sound for games and movies. The Mixamp would provide everything that you need and you wouldn't have to to buy anything else for using the DT 770 with your PS3.
