Best £75-£150 Full sized headphones, open or closed?

Hi, Above says it all.
I had Shure SRH440's or Audio-Technica ATH-AD700 in mind. I mainly listen too rock, pop, hiphop and occasionally drum and bass (although I can sacrifice this too avoid over basses headphones)
Can anyone recommend either of these or others!
