To anyone interested, B&O H6 + AK100 MK2 is a made in heaven combo... (and a light one for traveling!)

I must admit I'm in love with my H6, I thought I would never find anything better than my Beyer DT1350 on the go...

If anyone's interested, Scosche have a 3.5mm to lightning cable with iphone controls that fits these cans perfectly.

When I bought this I thought it was just an analogue cable. But I've just learned that there are DAC chips in lightning adapters like this. I don't know anything about the quality of this. I see FiiO make something similar. But with it's length you'd need a short 3.5mm to 3.5mm that fits the H6 plug. Anyone using something like this? What other options people using to connect to iPhone 7/8?

What cable would you consider the best at preventing or limiting microphonics? I see the inline remote as a bonus, as long as it doesn't contribute to the microphonics.

hey - does anyone have any issues with distortion at higher volumes? I get distortion (with aiff bitperfect files) when I go 'double-blue' on my chord mojo. The H6 are burned in at this point. Do the drivers conk out at semi-high level?

No - blue-blue is probably like 3/4 volume. This would change with higher impendance cans so I think you may be right that the H6 are being overpowered. I do not have this issue when running straight from my iBasso dx80 - but the mojo helps reveal greater detail.

H6 works nicely with some EQ.
Though I have to admit that 3/4 of Mojo's max volume would blow my brains though the nostrils

I think because the H6 is a low impedance headphone and doesn't require so much power, your Mojo may be pushing too much power out.
BTW, what's 'double-blue'?
H6. Mojo is not good to drive H6. I don't like sound of mojo, it is un nature and not realistic, lack micro detail too

I had to return my NAD HP50, as the pads were way too small for my ears. Since I wear glasses as well, I could not get a proper seal. I also found the clamping force to be too high, and wearing glasses caused pain in the ear area. I am very interested in the H6. I am just wondering how people who wear glasses find these headphones. Is there any issue with getting a proper seal, or discomfort ? The arms on my glasses are thin, so hopefully this headphone will be a better option than the HP50.
