One more reason Pennsylvania is great.... Yuengling... now that is a damn good American beer. Granted it hardly compares to The European beers that I have had over-seas, but yuengling does make a very nice lager and Black & Tan when it comes down to american beer.

Now that sounds like a good summer time.
Key words: drinking bash / delaware river / ugly but fun

It's still 75 cents for a can and $1.25 for a 20 Oz.

all of you really need to drop by down under,
cos even the Italians reckon the best Pizza is foound here. The sheer variety of food in each metropolis is amazing.
Personally I love a good Mexican and Italian feed with the occasional Chinese Yum-Cha thrown in with my friend's family. His GF really knows what to get ( She's chinese). although I still can't get over the idea of eating something with more bones than meat. I am talking about chicken feet here.

As for 70c (AU$ 1) coke, boy I wish that was the case here. then again Coke is of the menu, Its Beer for me, good old ales.
Australia definitely makes the best beers I have had, Dutch beer is overrated, as for Lagers they just plain suck.

speaking of chickens -

did you know that the chicken in most packaged foods, like chicken soup, is actually rooster? rooster is the hardest meat possible to cook.

It's the most efficient way of disposing of all the parts of a pig that you'd rather not think about too closely.

See here for (vivid) details. Kind of good, actually. My wife used to love it, until one day a few years ago she made the mistake of reading the ingredients list on the package.

She hasn't touched it since.

Thanks for the info, Mr. Flatline.

However, I don't think I'll click on the link...

Don't worry, it's just a recipe, albeit a scary one. No illustrations.

If you've got fresh hog heads and hearts sitting in your refrigerator, I for one would rather not know about it.
