^Open headphones are fine for an office environment if you don't want/need isolation. Since it never gets too loud, isolation isn't as important. But Grado headphones not only let sound in, but they are notorious for letting sound out. So all your coworkers get to hear the same things you're listening too - generally something that people frown upon. And on a plane, using open headphones is just asking for trouble.

Agreed. The only way that Grados could possibly leak more sound is if the drivers faced outward

I'd recommend the Sennheiser HD25 over the B&W P5 any day.
