I've emailed Norris for quotes on their rooms, but everyone feel free to keep looking for a cheaper venue.

As far as date, we're probably looking at late January. Lets start narrowing it down. First, we've always done Saturdays in Austin, so unless there's too many nays we'll go with that. January's later Saturdays are the 16th, 23rd, and 30th. Meeting would be likely from 9AM to 5PM or there abouts.

ATM I'm good with any of those dates.

Anyone have luck on a space yet? Norris is filling up in late January with only 3 rooms still open on Jan 30th. Other dates are full.

These are the rooms available on the 30th and the rates:

Cypress 1500sq ft - $750
Live Oak 2000sq ft - $1000
Red Oak 4500sq ft - $1900

By the way, since I have no idea yet how many to expect, we'll probably need to plan for early to mid February as I'm sure Jan 30th (at Norris) will fill up before we can commit. If we can find an alternative venue we may still be open to January.
